Your parking lot is usually the first thing people see when they pull up to your business. Before they walk through the door, before they see your signage, they're already forming an opinion - and a cracked, faded lot doesn't exactly set the right tone.
That's exactly the kind of situation we tackled at Cobb Airport. The lot was showing real wear - surface cracks, faded lines, pavement that had taken a beating over time. We came in and handled it start to finish: crack filling to stop water from getting underneath, commercial-grade sealcoating to lock in and protect the asphalt, and fresh striping to bring the whole thing back to life.
The crack filling piece is something a lot of people overlook, but it matters. Water finds its way into even small cracks, and once it gets under the surface, you're dealing with a much bigger problem. Sealing those cracks first gives the sealcoat something solid to bond to - and it extends the life of your pavement significantly.
When we sealcoat, we're using commercial-grade material. Not the stuff from a hardware store. The difference shows in how well it holds up and how deep and uniform the finish looks when it cures. Pair that with sharp, clean striping and you've got a lot that looks like it was just paved.
A well-maintained parking lot protects your investment and tells your customers you care about the details. If your lot is starting to crack, fade, or just look worn out, that's the right time to act - before small issues turn into expensive repairs.
