We just wrapped up sealcoating and re-striping work at several hotel locations across Georgia - Atlanta, Marietta, Dunwoody, Conyers, and Fayetteville. That's a lot of ground to cover, and we're proud of how each property turned out.
Here's the thing about hotel parking lots - they're one of the first things a guest sees. A faded, cracked-up lot with barely-visible lines sends a message before anyone even walks through the front door. A clean, dark, well-marked lot sends a completely different one.
For each location, we applied fresh sealcoating to protect the asphalt and give it that deep, uniform finish. Then came the re-striping - crisp white parking stall lines, bold yellow directional markings, and properly marked ADA spaces. Every detail matters when you're working on a property that hosts guests around the clock.
Commercial properties like hotels have a lot riding on curb appeal. Guests form opinions fast. A well-maintained lot tells them the property is managed with care - and that carries over into how they feel about the whole stay. It's a small thing with a bigger impact than most people realize.
Sealcoating also isn't just cosmetic. It slows down oxidation and water penetration, which means the asphalt holds up longer between major repairs. For a property manager overseeing multiple locations, that kind of protection adds up over time.
